Stones Throw continues their legacy and holds down the crown of quality underground HipHop music since years. Together with the TV cartoon channel Adult Swim, they release Chrome Children with music from and by Stones Throw artists as Oh No, Koushik, Madlib, Jaylib, Dilla, new signed Guilty Simpson, Georgia etc.
All unreleased tracks, this is a must have for every Stones Throw fan and the music is, pretty much as expected, fucking great! Guilty Simpson rocks a heavy Dilla thumper, Madlib takes it back on Dilla, where as Dilla himself rhymes and sings over some crazy Madlib beat (no $ no toke), Koushik is still out there in orbit, Georgia kills it once more...and on and on. Nice cover artwork too, so an overall great buy!
