From Trinidad and Tobago comes the next release in the Cultures of Soul
Disco 12 Series. We've licensed the monster cosmic disco track "Let's Get Together" from the legendary soca artist, Winston Bailey a.k.a Shadow himself. The original track includes a deep hypnotic groove powered by a steady bass drum and snare combination, a pulsating rhythm guitar, echoey chanting vocals, and a savagely icy synth line. We’ve even added our own local favor to it by having Boston based producers, the Whiskey Barons rework it. The Whiskey Barons tastefully contemporize this track for today’s dance-floors by adding to the
arrangement and beefing up the tempo and drums of the track. On the B-side is the original 12" dub version of “Let’s Get Together” and as well as the raw Caribbean disco funk track “Keep on Wailing.” This limited edition 12 is being released in our custom disco series sleeve.
