Lil' Buck is a well known name within collectors of raw soul & funk 45rpm singles. His debut release on the local La Lousianne label became one of the most sought after funk 45s of all time. (Monkey In A Sack b/w Cat Scream) However, he released one more 45 with the Top Cats on La Lousianne which not many people know (Don't Make Me Cry b/w Cat's Back). It will ever remain a mystery why his second release is that much rarer than Monkey In A Sack. Tramp Records is proud to announce the re-release of Don't Make Me Cry with Cat's Back on the flip after more than 40 years of its initial release.
