Some albums are harder to fit into a certain category than others, and Quetzal’s Vision is just one of those albums, exploring different musical styles with a roots, groovy, and technical yet subtle style, full of 70s sounds, mainly latin and jamaican, and a touch of hip hop and soul. Intrumental or vocal, warm and authentic, the tracks on Vision plunge the listener into a haunting and trippy atmosphere, a deep immersion into the heart of rthym, peppered with English, Spanish and Brazilian lyrics.
