By now any Hum Records head should know about "Thief's Theme" but when's the last time Nas had the Killah Kut worthy b-side? On "You Know My Style" Salaam Remi drops the bass beat thing that fits Nas like a Helmut Lang suit. Sure he's not talking bout anything new, but booming out you car system, Nas' posturing makes Terror Squad sound fumbling. The first time I heard this, I was lucky enough to be in Zürich driving down Sunset heading for the Lake, immediately dropping into an inoffensive gangsta lien. Anyway, with Finger gone, the sideways thinking kids still got Nas.
