This anthology – the first to survey the lofty 60s and 70s achievements of Lee Anthony’s legendary Little Rock, Arkansas-based True Soul Records – has been 13 (!) years in the making. It’s so expansive that had to release it in two parts: the CD/DVD of Vol. 1 is out now, the CD/DVD of Vol. 2 is in stock at Stones Throw and shipping immediately, and the deluxe, 4 LP vinyl box set will ship on or before July 21st. Both Vol. 2 and the 4 LP box set are released worldwide on July 26th. |
