But the sounds stays Hip Hop, just flips samples different than the usual head. you could say it’s an attack of zany samples, machine gunfire drums, sexy soulful crooning and the sound of Noah Brickley getting his freak on. One moment there’s amphetamine speed-rapping on ‘Lizard Lion Eagle’ , then slowed action over dark piano on ‘Freelance Zenarchist’. Insane acid hip hop full of optimistic futurism and downright f*cking class A beats. |
