the last Bully offering from 2004 comes from P-Love, for once we have a rather danceable (or should i say bouncy?) a-side presented, a rocket, reminscing of "hiphop" by Dead Prez cause of it's huge and massive bassline that comes with a slight dubby feeling and this offbeat accentuated drums. not your first choice but if you keep listening, you'll discover that this track is the golden section between maybe Sixtoo's instumentelia and Timbaland's offbeat stompers?! "trueno apex" is what you'd expect mostly from Bully, nice and mellow Downtempo crunchyness - yes, 70ties moods, moogs and synthies. chapeau! |
