ETHIMM is the project of Elisabeth Thimm and Brian Gimmel. The sound that they call ”tension music“ oscillates between repetition and improvisation, merging Thimm's dance floor rooted synth and sampler patterns with Gimmel’s piano improv. Be prepared to be confronted with blissed out memories of Berlin’s Dub of the 1990s, ECM style Jazz excursions and the remains of the abyss that is Trip Hop. |
