At a time when video game soundtracks seem more like an after thought to the game, 2K Sports and Decon present a soundtrack that’s as gripping as the game itself. With producer extra-ordinary Dan the Automator (Dr. Octagon, Gorillaz, Deltron 3030) at the helm, 2K7 is the latest adjunct for the NBA 2K7 video game and includes a bunch of slaming beats. Well out-thought Dan returns with diverse production set showing that he can do as much as any Lil' Jon down south smashers, but not only: Smooth strings driven shit for Mos Def, 808 thumper for E-40, underground stuff for Hieroglyphics or Aceyalone and much more.
