The shipping company can be held responsible for damage, if they are contacted within 48 hours. If the company is contacted within 48 hours, your money will be refunded in full.
Exchanges are only permitted if you retain your reciept or invoice. So please always keep the invoice. Exchanges are only possible in cases of manufacturing defects or missing items. We will not exchange items that have been improperly handled by the customer. Unsealed sound storage medium cannot be exchanged, except if the product has an obvious manufacturing defect.
Please note “return to sender” on your return items, so you won’t get charged on your damaged returned goods.
Returns are not accepted for not liking the product.
