The following describes the conditions you agree by using humrecords.ch / humrecords.ch / humdistribution.ch and shoping with us.

Orders
If you’ve got questions concerning your order, it is important to indicate a valid e-mail adress plus a valid home address.
Postage and packing costs will be automatically calculated by our shop and are clearly displayed on the site.

Payment
Within Switzerland, you can pay by credit card or in advance via e-banking, yellownet or pay in slip. For orders from foreign countries we can only accept payments with credit cards.
The goods will be shipped after payment is recieved. Currently we will not charge any value-added tax/sales tax.

Shipping
When we recieve payment, it is very important to us to ship the ordered goods ASAP. For orders in Switzerland exceeding 200.-, we will not charge any postage and packing costs.
Our products are mostly brand new, if that’s not the case (for example you ordered the last item, which was placed in the store), we will indicate that in the order. A lot of our items are sealed, because we are mostly dealing with high quality US standard products. Every country and label has its own guidance rules in terms of packing so it may be well possible that brandnew products get shipped unsealed (particulary from the UK or Germany).

Complaints
Please do not return the goods without contacting us first. Exchanges are only possible after confirming with us via e-mail. Exchanges must take place within 8 days of the postmark date. We can not be held responsible for damages that occurred after giving the goods to the shipping company.

The shipping company can be held responsible for damage, if they are contacted within 48 hours. If the company is contacted within 48 hours, your money will be refunded in full.

Exchanges are only permitted if you retain your reciept or invoice. So please always keep the invoice. Exchanges are only possible in cases of manufacturing defects or missing items. We will not exchange items that have been improperly handled by the customer. Unsealed sound storage medium cannot be exchanged, except if the product has an obvious manufacturing defect.
Please note “return to sender” on your return items, so you won’t get charged on your damaged returned goods.
Returns are not accepted for not liking the product.

All orders are regulated by our general conditions of business. Prices are subject to change without notice. Errors and omissions excepted. The Customer accepts our general conditions of business automatically when ordering

We only need relevant personal data that makes it easier for the customer to order.
Personal data gets treated sensibly and carefully with respect the legislation for data protection.
Information about our customers is an important part of our business, and we are not in the business of selling it to others. We share customer information only when law demands it.

Court of jurisdiction
Our business activity is based only on Switzerlands applicable law. Court of jurisdiction is Zurich.

We are entitled to complain in your public court of jurisdiction.
